Ludacris DISSED Mac Dre in video for song released on day of death:
There have been questions for years about Ludacris @LudacrisTV “Get Back” music video and whether the opening bathroom scene was intentionally portraying Mac Dre.
In this clip, Sleep Dank breaks down the strange details surrounding it: the Mac Dre lookalike with the A’s hat, dreads and mannerisms, the timing of the song and video around Mac Dre’s passing, and the unusual “I came, I saw…” mantra and lyric about being hit “right dead in the jaw.”
But perhaps the most interesting detail: Sleep says someone from Mac Dre’s inside circle confirmed to him that the bathroom encounter between Dre and Ludacris was based on a REAL interaction, although Sleep says the way it happened may not have been the way it was portrayed in the video.
Was Ludacris really taking a shot at Mac Dre, or are people reading too much into it? 👀
